講者簡介：行政院溫室氣體階段管制目標諮詢委員會委員，李河清教授
美國紐約州立大學政治學博士出身，現職行政院環保署溫室氣體階段管制目標諮詢委員會委員，同時任教於中央大學通識中心。
李河清教授在國際關係、公共政策、全球環境治理、永續發展研究、科技與社會等領域的貢獻非凡。
曾擔任臺灣氣候變遷調適科技整合研究計畫執行秘書、中央大學通識教育中心教授、中原大學通識教育中心教授與國際交流中心 主任、行政院國家科學委員會研究員、美國華盛頓州州政府規劃員／研究員。也曾出席聯合國氣候變遷會議。
