Minimisation policies extended to suppliers

Under the university’s “Green Procurement” policy, priority is given to Green Mark-certified products for designated procurement items. Green Mark is a national certification for products that reduce environmental impact, minimize waste, and promote recycling. By purchasing Green Mark-certified products, we extend our sustainability efforts to suppliers of items like equipment and stationery. All university purchasing units must report procurement details, including item amounts and certification numbers, on the government’s Green Life Information Network. In 2023, the university achieved a 100% annual green procurement rate.
