Participatory bodies for stakeholder engagement

1. Since 2018, NYCU’s SPROUT Project has aimed to identify and engage local stakeholders and communities, addressing a wide range of local needs. One notable project involves collaborating with local residents and the government to renovate Hsinchu City’s old market.
2. In 2022, the university established a task force to further engage with local communities and stakeholders. The Task Force’s mission includes identifying and communicating with stakeholders, regularly reviewing the effectiveness of these interactions, and promoting stakeholder management knowledge.
3. All evidence is available online.
