Sustainable Literacy

To evaluate our students’ ability to learn and retain key concepts of sustainability, we employs embedded assessment in coursework. Sustainability concepts are embedded across various courses, and students are assessed through a range of methods including case studies, project work, and reflective essays. These embedded assessments test their ability to integrate and retain sustainability knowledge within specific disciplines, such as engineering, business, and environmental science. Through this method, we ensures that students are not only learning sustainability concepts but are also retaining and applying them effectively, preparing them to become informed and proactive contributors to sustainable development.
