Water management educational opportunities
We offer educational opportunities for water resource management to local communities, both free and paid. For example, the ‘Disaster Prevention and Water Environment Research Center (DPWE)’, an affiliated university center, provides free educational training for government civil servants and volunteers to enhance professional knowledge and strengthen disaster prevention and protection concepts. The center has conducted training on monitoring and stability assessment of fluvial landforms, demonstrating the ‘Sedimentation and River Hydraulics – Two-Dimensional (SRH-2D)’ model, which can be applied to water resources management.
Additionally, the ‘Environment Technology & Smart System Research Center (ETSS)’ provides opportunities for community members and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and enhance their expertise. The ETSS offers paid training courses on wastewater management to help participants understand the current status and future trends in wastewater management.
