Employment practice equivalent rights outsourcing

The university has a robust policy to ensure that equivalent rights of workers are upheld when outsourcing activities to third parties. We have established guidelines for the prevention and handling of workplace sexual harassment and gender discrimination for both staff and outsourced workers to ensure that outsourced workers receive fair treatment comparable to those directly employed by the university. Our commitment extends to safeguarding workers’ rights in areas such as wages, working conditions, health and safety, and freedom of association. All third-party service providers are required to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines our expectations regarding workers’ rights, ethical employment practices, and occupational safety and health policies. Providers are regularly audited to ensure compliance with these standards.
