The university is committed to maintaining a transparent pay structure that ensures equitable compensation for all staff members. This includes regular reviews of pay scales to prevent and address any disparities that may arise due to gender or other biases. Our commitment to equal pay extends to ensuring that salary scales and progression opportunities are free from gender bias and that promotions and bonuses are awarded based on merit and performance. Also, we have established the Gender Equity Course Award to To encourage all faculty members to offer gender equity courses.
