Tracking pay scale for gender equity
NYCU is committed to eliminating gender pay gaps with pay transparency and pay equity. We adhere to the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, which mandates the measurement and tracking of gender pay equity. There is no gender gap in the school’s remuneration schedule, which is based on the nature of work, work experience, and degree of responsibility. Gender composition of our workforce was 52% female and 48% male. In our Gender Equality Education Committee, there are 11 female members, which makes up more than half of the members.
