Ethical sourcing policy

Ethical sourcing is a key priority in the university’s purchasing practices. Under the People with Disabilities Rights Protection policy, the university promotes procurement from organizations supporting persons with disabilities and sheltered workshops, targeting at least 5% of total purchases and reviewing progress every six months. In 2024, the procurement rate reached 18.22%. The Green Procurement policy further requires the purchase of environmentally friendly products for designated items, with results reported to the government’s Green Life Information Network. In 2024, the university maintained a 100% green procurement rate. Designated procurement items and assessment methods are reviewed and publicly announced each year.
