The NCTU Center for Smart Healthcare and the CiRA Foundation of Kyoto University, Japan signed a memorandum of cooperation for teaching and R&D. Professor Shinya Yamanaka, Chair of the Foundation and winner of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine and Professor Lin Chih-Hung, Director of the Center for Smart Healthcare represented the two sides in the signing.
