University Social Responsibility Environmental Education CourseFrom Shennong Hillside to ES

  1. Course Overview
“Shennong Hillside” reflects the core spirit of our Yangming Campus’s founding principles, embodying “Shennong Culture,” an invaluable legacy of humanity’s pursuit of sustainable living. This year’s campus tree health assessment and carbon stock inventory reveal traces of ancient Taipei Lake’s environmental changes, highlighting critical future issues tied to rising CO₂ levels. Through this environmental education activity, we aim to deepen participants’ understanding of campus biodiversity spanning past to future from ecological perspectives, positioning our university as a responsible ESG-oriented institution.
