In order to encourage students to participate in scientific competitions and stimulate their creativity, the National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering held the IDEERS on September 17, 2022. The competition invited major universities in Taiwan to participate to promote the scientific exchanges among students. The NYCU’s Department of Civil Engineering achieved excellent result, winning second place in the graduate group and fifth place in the undergraduate group.
