The Student Affairs Office’s Extracurricular Activities Division and the Service Learning Center are organizing the 113th academic year EYE  Service – Service Achievement Sharing Conference and Excellent Service Learning Award Ceremony.
We hope that the sharing conference will allow students to convey their service experiences and emotions through words and images, enabling you to feel the service energy of Yang Ming Chiao Tung University students and to promote a cycle of kindness.
By participating, let us be moved together once again!
Event Location: International Conference Hall, Information Building (Guangfu Campus: No. 1001, University Road, East District, Hsinchu City 30010)

Event Time: 2024/11/02 (Saturday), 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (A gourmet lunch box will be provided)

09:00-09:30 Team Registration
09:30-10:00 Speeches from officials & teachers, presentation of appreciation certificates, guest speeches & group photo
10:00-10:15 Awards Presentation – Photography and Short Film Selection & Excellent Service Learning Award
10:15-11:45 Team Service Experience Sharing and Reflection (Southeast Asia International Volunteer BAT Team, Taitung Bookstore Service Team, Smrangi Mountain Blessing Team, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University India International Volunteer Team, Taipei Global Health Education Association 2024 Ladakh Service Team, Cooperative Learning Service Team *2, Psychiatry Service Team, Youth and Children Service Association, Youth Health Medical Service Team, Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Foreign Language Materials Department Fan Club (Service Learning))
11:45-1:00 Tea Gathering – Static Exhibition Observation

Reminders:
1.A shuttle bus will be arranged for the day, with an estimated departure time at 8:00 AM (Yang Ming to Guangfu). We encourage students from the Yang Ming campus to actively sign up, as seats are limited. If we exceed the limit, a waiting list will be created, or you may take the school bus.
2.Due to capacity limits in the International Conference Hall, the maximum number of participants is 180. Any exceeding registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
3.Successful registrants will receive a pre-event notification email by October 28, 2024. The registration deadline is October 25, 2024.
4.Those who register and fill out the feedback form on the day of the event will be entered into a drawing for 20 prizes (including five pairs of movie tickets to VieShow, five NT$500 7-11 gift vouchers, and ten exquisite gifts). 5.Please ensure that you provide a correct email address, as winners will be notified via email.
