 The Power of a Book—Lighting Up Corners of the World

 2025 English Book Donation Drive Begins!

Since 2011, the Jullay International Volunteer Group has journeyed to the highlands of Ladakh, walking alongside the children of Jamyang School and planting seeds of hope through education. This year, we’re once again collecting English books to enrich a newly established library, hoping to bring the warmth and care of Taiwanese readers to these children and broaden their horizons through reading.

 Donation Details

  •  Goal: 100 English books suitable for students in Grades 6–10

  •  Types: All genres welcome (picture books, fiction, stories, art, science, etc.)

  •  Condition: Gently used|No markings or missing pages|Avoid hardcover books

 How to Donate

  •  Location: Book drop box outside the Service Learning Center, 3rd Floor, IT Service Center, NYCU Guangfu Campus

  •  Time: June 2 (Mon) to June 13 (Fri), 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
