2023-02-13

The Mental Health and Counseling Center looked after the physical and mental health of teachers and students in the school in 2021. Mental health resources can be produced to accomodate for different psychological needs by engaging in various diverse and life-oriented experiences and forms. Lectures on physical and mental health during the epidemic, positive resources and resilience in response to changes and shocks, art media support groups to accompany during loss, and reading clubs that explore the meaning of love, loss, and life are all linked to the fluctuations of the epidemic and feature mental health promotion and self-care activities. Psychologists also took the initiative to manage relationships with teachers and students, such as setting up mentoring courses and participating in departmental activities, so that the psychologists could connect to the daily life of teachers and students, understand the features of various department, and allow the students who are hesitant to use professional resources due to unfamiliarity to freely get to know the psychologists and understand mental health resources!

In 2021, 93 mental health promotion activities were held, with a total of 4,590 participants; psychologists provided consultation services for 4,244 people to look after the mental health of teachers and students in the school.
