NYCU Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) policy

1. Our Statement on Academic Freedom acknowledges that academic freedom is linked to civil liberties and human rights and anti-discrimination with gender, race, ethnicity or ethnic origin, religion, color, class, care responsibilities, marital status, sex, disability, age or other status or personal characteristics shall be forbidden.

4. Our Personnel Office has compiled information on employee assistance measures and welfare policies on its webpage. This includes new employee training, support for full-time foreign staff, childcare assistance, health and psychological support, workplace injury subsidies, guidelines for using lactation rooms, and various employee welfare activities, providing faculty and staff access to relevant information.
