On 25th February 2022, NYCU invited more than 100 high schools and academic institutions to gather at the “International Education Forum” to assist schools at all levels in internationalization. NYCU, AICEE, Auden Family Association, and Hantic Precision Technology, Inc. co-organized this event together by inviting several experts in international education such as Allan E. Goodman, CEO of the Institute of International Education; William Vocke, Executive Director Emeritus of Fulbright Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan); and Ed Dunn, American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) Spokesperson, and many more to focus on how to improve Taiwan education’s international competitiveness after the pandemic.
Taking NYCU as an example, in recent years, in addition to actively incorporating liberal arts education and internationalization training courses, our campus is also actively improving the international-friendly campus life. Last year, NYCU Chiao Tung Campus welcomed international students to visit suburban areas of Hsinchu to interact with local students, so that both local and international students could better understand multiculturalism.
