1. 4. Our Personnel Office has compiled information on employee assistance measures and welfare policies on its web page. This includes new employee training, support for full-time foreign staff, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership, childcare assistance, health and psychological support, workplace injury subsidies, guidelines for using lactation rooms, and various employee welfare activities, providing faculty and staff access to relevant information.

5. We upholds its international responsibility by assisting 26 Ukrainian students whose education was disrupted by war, enabling them to continue their studies at NYCU through a scholarship program. With the support of 16 corporations and alumni, over NT$40 million was raised, helping these students overcome challenges and pursue their education in Taiwan.
