Dear Faculty and Colleagues,
In preparation for the 2026 Times Higher Education Impact Rankings and the compilation of our university’s annual sustainable development report, we are gathering highlights and achievements related to sustainable development topics that you have undertaken over the past two years. Please see the details below:
  1. To monitor the outcomes of our university’s initiatives related to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to stay abreast of global trends in refining our strategies, our university continues to participate in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings. Through this ranking, we aim to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our various sustainable action plans.
  2. NYCU achieved outstanding results in the 2025 THE Impact Rankings, securing the 41st position among 2318 participating institutions. This accomplishment underscores the commendable efforts of our faculty, staff, and students in implementing sustainable development goals. (https://www.timeshighereducation.com/ impactrankings)
