2025 NYCU Sustainable Development Project Application

In order to facilitate UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to strengthen the implementation of University Social Responsibility (USR) and to assist USR related course and service-learning group for phase 4 (2025-2028) USR Program to Ministry of Education; the “Sustainable Development Project” funded by NYCU is being held. Please refer to files uploaded to appendix for application guides. proposal format and other relevant documents. Participants are cordially invited to submit proposal.
Project Keynotes
1. Project period: 2025/04/01~2026/12/31
2. Registration: Effective immediately till 2025/02/27
3. Eligible applicant:
(1) Project or appointed assistant professor and above with SDGs related course.
(2) Maximum 1 project is accepted for program director.
4. Project execution:
(1) Select a social issue related to (at least) two Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), develop solutions, and organize intervention services and activities within communities, schools, or other venues.
(2) Cultivate the students’ abilities to participate services and activities by designing new courses and adjust current courses.
(3) Lead the students to join intervention services and activities in communities, schools or other places.
5. Standards of project selection:
(1) Overall project structure, implementation plan, expected outcome and performance indicator.
(2) The relevance to promote sustainable development, course innovativeness and the actual benefit and value against social issues.
