Sexual and reproductive health care services for students
1.NYCU’s Health Center offers free sexual and reproductive health services through on-campus health clinics, available to all students. These clinics are staffed by qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and counsellors, who specialise in sexual and reproductive health care.
2.Students have free access to contraception, including condoms, oral contraceptives, and emergency contraception, through the university’s health clinics and student welfare services. Comprehensive information about contraception methods is provided, along with guidance on selecting the most suitable options for individual needs.
3.The university also provides a hotline for sexual education and sexually transmitted infections (STI) prevention consultation. Acknowledging the emotional and psychological dimensions of sexual and reproductive health, NYCU offers confidential counselling services. These services create a safe space for students to discuss their concerns, seek advice, and receive emotional support regarding relationships, sexual orientation, or reproductive health decisions.
