Participatory bodies for stakeholder engagement

• Since 2018, NYCU’s SPROUT Project has worked to identify and engage local stakeholders and communities, addressing diverse local needs. All USR initiatives involve collaboration with residents and government, and in 2024, projects were integrated through the USR Hub to deepen community engagement.
• In 2024, the university reviewed its guidelines for operating the Stakeholder Management Task Force to strengthen stakeholder relations. The Task Force is tasked with identifying and communicating with stakeholders, regularly assessing the effectiveness of engagement, and promoting knowledge of stakeholder management.
