Sustainable water extraction on campus

Over 90% of the water used on university campuses is sourced from national reservoirs and surface water formed by precipitation. Rainwater harvesting programs are implemented across campuses to ensure sustainable water use, allowing collected rainwater to supplement irrigation and other non-potable needs. These measures help reduce reliance on extracted water and promote responsible water management on and off campus.
