Waste tracking

The university maintains a clear policy for tracking waste generation and recycling across campus. Non-recyclable waste is sent to incineration facilities equipped with power generation units that recover heat for electricity. Monthly records are kept on both recycled materials and waste sent for incineration. Hazardous laboratory waste is managed separately by certified contractors, with all materials carefully weighed, documented, and removed for safe disposal.
