Ethical sourcing policy

Ethical sourcing is a top priority in the university’s purchasing practices. Through our “People with Disabilities Rights Protection” policy, we actively promote procurement from organizations supporting people with disabilities and sheltered workshops, aiming for at least 5% of total purchases. In 2023, we achieved a 16.24% procurement rate and monitor progress every six months. Our “Green Procurement” policy further emphasizes environmentally friendly products for designated items, with mandatory reporting to the government’s Green Life Information Network. In 2023, we maintained a 100% annual green procurement rate. We review and publicly announce designated procurement items and assessment methods annually.
