Events for local farmers and food producers

The university facilitates knowledge transfer and connection among local farmers and food producers.
■ AIoT Smart Agriculture Technology Transfer
We offer structured modules to transfer cutting-edge technology for sustainable agriculture.
•Module A: Covers the role of 5G in Agriculture IoT and platform architecture.
•Module B: Focuses on 5G Micro-Weather Stations and sensor communication, including practical testing of agricultural automation.
•Module C: Introduces the 5G Control Board architecture, configuration, and integration with IoT devices.
•Module D: Focuses on developing 5G Smart Agriculture AI applications using Large Language Models.
■ Sustainable Diet Knowledge Transfer
The Public Health Nutrition course (Public Health Institute) actively engages the local community. Students worked with Shihlin and Beitou community colleges to promote sustainable planetary health diets (emphasizing plant-based, local, low-sugar). Students successfully utilized tailored teaching and communication strategies to overcome public resistance and foster acceptance of sustainable health concepts, thereby gaining valuable practical experience.
