Employment practice living wage

NYCU implements the government’s commitment to caring for employees. NYCU complies with the Ministry of Labor’s Minimum Wage Act, which is NT$28,590 per month and NT$190 per hour as of 2025. Every NYCU staff’s monthly wage is higher than the minimum wage enforced by the Ministry of Labor.
