Dr. Michael Lin, CEO of IAPS, highlighted the dual challenges startups face in cash flow management and market entry while focusing on technological innovation and product development. “Through this partnership with DEKRA, we aim to provide startups with world-class testing and certification expertise, helping them mitigate market risks, accelerate product launches, and transform their ideas into commercial successes,” Dr. Lin stated.

Professor Hank Huang, Founder and Managing Director of IAPS, emphasized that this collaboration will strengthen NYCU’s ability to leverage global resources. “Using testing and certification as a strategic pivot, we aim to help Taiwan’s startups overcome market challenges and enhance their global competitiveness,” he added.

One-Stop Services for Global Market Expansion

Under the MoU, DEKRA will serve as IAPS’s priority provider for testing and certification services, offering comprehensive solutions from product testing and inspection to international certification.
