Student Internship Program with ASML

NYCU and the global semi-conductor corporate ASML have implemented the professional internship program in 2022. NYCU Develops Metasurface Lens with Cross-country Team

Ultraviolet light can be applied to disinfection, producing green energy, quantum computation and photolithography of the semi-conductor plants. However, it is not easy to produce and control the UV light effectively.
