🌱 Balcony Food Forest Workshop
Learn resilient, eco-friendly farming techniques and become a mini urban farmer.
Design your own layered, edible herb and vegetable planter that you can take back to your dorm—turn your balcony into a sustainable micro food ecosystem.

  • Time: May 14 (Thu), 13:00–16:00 (1 hour per session)
  • Venue: 3F Conference Room, Information Technology Service Center (Guangfu Campus)
  • Eligibility: Priority for students; 20 participants per session

 

🍳 Food Power Awakens – Culinary Master Challenge
Sign up solo or as a team! Open a mystery box featuring Hsinchu specialties × sustainable surplus ingredients and create a delicious dish within the time limit. The next top chef could be you!

  • Time: May 14 (Thu), 12:30 & 13:20 (30 minutes per round)
  • Venue: Life Festival Market Booth, in front of the Library (Guangfu Campus)
  • Eligibility: Priority for students; 6 teams accepted
  • Awards:
    • Champion: NT$2,000 + certificate
    • People’s Choice: Special gift + certificate
